Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ColdCallTracker you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

ColdCallTracker provides a web-based tool to log and track cold call activity. We offer a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription at $4.99/month. Feature availability may change with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not share your account or use the service for multiple users under one account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free tier.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including contacting individuals in violation of applicable telemarketing or do-not-call laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your calling activity complies with all applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service.
• Use the service on behalf of multiple users under a single account.

6. Your Data

You own the call data you enter. We do not claim any rights to it. Registered free-tier users have their call count data saved to our servers so it is preserved if they upgrade to Pro — this data is stored solely to deliver the service back to you. Pro subscriber data is stored on our servers with full call details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Data Export and Deletion

Pro subscribers may export their call data as a CSV at any time from the Call Logs page. Registered free-tier users have call count data stored on our servers — this data is included in any account deletion request. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@coldcalltracker.app. We will complete deletion within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for any lost data or business outcomes resulting from use of the service. We are not responsible for how you use the call data you enter or any legal consequences arising from your calling activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Registered users will be notified by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
