ColdCallTracker is a web-based cold call tracking tool. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@coldcalltracker.app.
Not logged in:
Your call counts (picked up, ignored, interested) are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Registered free-tier users:
Your email address, hashed password, and call count data (category and timestamp of each tap) are stored on our servers. Call counts are saved server-side so your data is preserved if you upgrade to Pro. No contact details, phone numbers, or notes are stored at the free tier.
Pro subscribers:
The call outcomes, contact names, phone numbers, companies, and notes you choose to enter are stored on our servers so you can access them across devices. This data is yours — we do not claim any rights to it, we do not read it, and we do not use it for any purpose other than displaying it back to you.
Payment data:
Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Analytics data:
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the app (pages visited, session duration, general usage patterns). This data is aggregated and does not include your call log contents.
Server logs:
Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) are kept for security and debugging. These are not sold or shared and are rotated regularly.
All registered user data (including free-tier call counts) is stored in a MySQL database on a server located in the United States. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Auth tokens are stored in your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage and are never sent to third parties. Users who have not created an account have no data on our servers.

Registered free-tier users:
Your call count data is stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@coldcalltracker.app — all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also clear your local browser data by clearing localStorage.
Users without an account:
No data is stored on our servers. Clear your browser's localStorage at any time to remove all local data — no account or request needed.
Pro subscribers:
We retain all registered user data (free and Pro) for as long as the account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Users without an account have no data on our servers — data is retained in your browser until you clear it. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deleted with 30 days notice to the registered email.
ColdCallTracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at support@coldcalltracker.app and we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy. We will notify registered users by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
