Our Commitment

ColdCallTracker is committed to making the service accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and continuously improve the accessibility of the application.

What We've Done

  • Semantic HTML5 elements and ARIA roles throughout the application.
  • Keyboard-navigable interface — all core interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard.
  • Focus-visible outlines on all focusable elements.
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios in both light and dark modes.
  • Screen-reader-friendly labels on buttons and form inputs.
  • No content relies solely on color to convey meaning.

Known Limitations

Some complex interactive components (calendar grids, bulk action toolbars, and data charts) may not yet be fully optimized for all assistive technologies. We are actively working to improve these areas and welcome feedback on specific barriers you encounter.
